At LifeStraw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon approval.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and ensure all original tags are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
